We use Online Scout Manager (OSM) to manage events, payments, attendance, programme information and parent communications.
Parents and carers receive an invitation email with a secure link to access the Parent Portal. If you have more than one child in the Group, or children in different sections, you may receive separate links.
You can access the Parent Portal using the secure link sent by email, or by visiting the OSM login page.
If you forget your password, use the password reset option on the login page.
Parents can respond to event invitations, sign up for camps and activities, provide additional information and update responses before the closing date.
OSM may also send reminder emails for events where a response is needed.
Parents can use the Parent Portal to view and pay subscriptions and event fees online.
Depending on the payment options available, payments may be made by card or Direct Debit.
Please keep your child’s details up to date in OSM, including emergency contacts, medical information, dietary requirements, address and phone numbers.
Parents can view badge progress, completed requirements and awarded badges through the Parent Portal.
Parents may be able to view upcoming meeting programmes, badge coverage, event information and other section updates through OSM.
