Cobra Explorers

Explorers are for young people aged 14 to 18. Cobra Explorers meet on Tuesdays, 7:30pm to 9:00pm.

What do Explorers do?

Explorers take the next step in Scouting, with more independence, bigger adventures and greater opportunities to lead, volunteer and shape their own programme.

Typical Explorer activities include:

• camps, expeditions and outdoor adventures
• team challenges and leadership opportunities
• volunteering and community projects
• international experiences and wider Scouting events
• developing practical skills for life beyond school
• making lasting friendships and memories

Who runs Explorers?

Cobra Explorers is run by trained adult volunteers who support young people to plan activities, stay safe and get the most from their Scouting experience.
